As far as I know no one has ever made a stage for these characters (That I know of anyway). I realize that they are main characters and sprites don't really exist for their stages but two of them have definite themes (Bass and Proto Man) and I think the idea would be fun.
I realize that I just continue to suggest ideas and not do any myself but that's partly because I suck at programming and don't have a ton of free time.

Hmmmm....one of the stages (maybe proto) could be that field thing at the end of MM3. Another map (maybe for Mega or Roll) could be Dr. Light's lab, along with the outside of it. (As some of the MAP01 mixed with a bit more and the door leading to the outside section where you can fight out there.

Just some suggestions

Would be good for small dueling arenas, maybe?

Mega = roof of that building from mm2
Roll = the lab
Proto = city streets
Bass = Wily's teleporter room

Hmmm Bass could technically be the city streets as well thanks to the intro stage of MM7.

Mega Man = MM1's Light Labs (located in a unnamed city, with a bit of Light's lab somewhere near it)

Roll = Post-MM1's Light Labs (located in the green foothills of an undisclosed mountain range, with Light's lab being a small little hut with an underground hangar)

Bass = MM7's Wily Stage 2 battlefield (that part where you had to fight Bass in his Treble Boost form, with fans on the ground allowing for higer jumps, so basically a big tower with floating platforms and a balcony area)

Proto Man = Could be either one of Dark Man's stages or an undisclosed underground hangar that mostly uses Hard Man tiles

Tell me.

What do you make off that single place? It's only ONE building with ONE rooftop.

Unless you go all Wily's Kottage and make the inside of the building explorable.

But yeah, I've been thinking Intro Stages for these characters. I was even gonna try to make Residential Area from PU but I soon lost interest found myself doing other maps.
