Robots could be fashioned into looking like and practically behave like females, both externally and internally, but such technology has not been achieved as of yet in reality, so fictional.

A maid is a human female domestic servant. Robots, imps and bunnygirls can look like maids, but none can be human nor are real. Best realistic choice right here.
