T.T but its 192.168.1.1 While Ip is 192.168.1.8) And when I try to use The Internal if its the same as default gateway it doesnt help... it says invalid..... Am I doing it wrong... I added the regular Ip adress (click to show/hide)IPv4: 192.168.1.8And it worked for me for making the connection and (it didnt show up) I tried changing the protocols but still didnt workIt goes like this (click to show/hide)Service Name: (Megaman 8-bit Deathmatch)Protocol: Starting Port: (10666) (1~65534) Ending Port: (10666) (1~65534) Server IP Address:I use NetGear as a router... so.. does that mean im doomed...?
You know what? I give up... Theres no point to hosting servers anymore in my opinion.. And I have windows 7 1. The ms paint it has sucks. 2. I have laptop therefore have printer.. so now im unable to continue
Welp ok.. (Sorry for upsetting fic)Here ya go only have 1 (click to show/hide)
I set up port forwarding and everything earlier in the week when I started playing again, and everything worked fine (the tutorial helped a lot, for the record). However, as of today, hosting no longer works. No settings have been changed (although by now I have completely removed and re-downloaded the game to be safe, set everything back up the way it was, etc.) but suddenly the server doesn't show up in Doomseeker. I can connect manually myself, but other computers get a cannot find server error. Is there any idea what is causing this issue?Been hosting a Team DM Classes server all week that people have seemed to be enjoying, so I'd hate to not be able to do it anymore.Update: Nevermind, it spontaneously works again today! -_-
Check if your IP inside the router is always 10.0.0.2
Quote from: "Asd967"Check if your IP inside the router is always 10.0.0.2It should at least work for now, it wouldn't mess up until it changed. Did you also add the exception to the windows firewall? Other than that, it looks good. Also, what os/skin is that?
