The user Yellow Devil has a Class in that expansion. His class used the other Yellow Devil skin (one that is much smaller and doesn't use the original MM1 sprites)

There is now 3 separate Yellow Devil skins. The smaller one he uses, Geno's MM1 based one, and my B&F's based one. (This isn't counting Ra Devil because he isn't a "yellow" devil)
I think YD should kept to the one he is using though due to sprite size so he doesn't take up too much screen space.

Judging by your sprite, you don't have a skin color on him, though, so you should probably color his face with one.
