General Gaming Discussion / Bloodstain: Ritual of the Night

Welp, looks like Castlevania joins the "Kickstarter Spiritual Successor" club, and boy am I hyped.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/ig ... -the-night

I promise you if you are even slightly a fan of Metroidvania games, then there's a good chance you'll want to keep your eye on this game. Especially since it's from one of the guys who defined the style of Metroidvania. Also, it might not seemed like I'm hyped right now, but that because I've been keeping it in this whole time, so, if you excuse me....

I'm good now... actually one moment...
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Nope, now I'm good.

The WWW board / CD's Video Game Music Playlist
« on: May 04, 2015, 10:25:59 PM »
So, I seem to be caught in a Predicament...
As of recent, I have only been able study properly, or do any work for that matter, while listening to music. So, I made a playlist of Video Game music I enjoy to listen to and add on as time goes by. However, my family gets annoyed (even though I use headphones) that I play the same songs over and over again. My solution: Get as many songs as possible! My Goal is 100 Songs!

If you have any suggestions for song I can add, that would be greatly appreciated. If you can, can you suggest song that are like the following:
-Chiptune/Some Dubstep is greatly appreciated
-Orchestrated/Classical music I also love
-Any bit of rock music is also very welcome
-Try to make it Video Game music; and most importantly
-No singing please. Any music with singing ends up distracting me; turning out to be counter-productive.

So far, I have 29/100 songs in my playlist. Here is a list of them:

Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Medley

Anything Goes / CD's Question of the Whenever #20
« on: June 15, 2014, 04:30:36 PM »
Hello people of Cutstuff. CD here with a few questions.
As some of you may know (probably not) I have a knack for asking out of the blue, generally different questions every now and then. What you probably did not know, is that there are actually purpose to those questions; to understand human thinking a little bit better. By asking them here, the greater number of responces would be great but I'm still unsure on how you all will respond to it, so I will start with a trial week (hence week 0).

Now, I promise you, this isn't just another useless topic, it has a legit purpose. Any questions about this topic can be asked during this trial week, so if your wondering about anything, ask it now or forever hold your peace (not really).

The questions themselves, like I said before, are a bit... different... However, it would be nice if you all are to answer them properly. That's not to say you can't make the answers your own. Your answers can be as stupid or as clever, as simple or as complex, as funny or as dull, or even as absurd as you want it to be, as long as that is what you think. Now, onto the first question.

Question 0:

EDIT: It's trial not trail, get it together CD

Anything Goes / Cutstuff Sanctuary

I know this is a weird thing to make but, for some reason, I feel it is necessary. As someone who enjoys psychology, and studying humanistic behavior, I realized something which is probably the reason why we, as a community, are so close, we all wish for something more in our life. Admit it, you have at least some one thing going on which you know has or will leave a huge scar in your life. This new topic is for anyone brave enough to just come out and say it. Just remember, we are all a community, there are the good people and there are the bad people, but there are always those who care. And, probably the most important rule to state, what happens in Cutstuff, stays in Cutstuff. Let's learn to respect each other's privacy.
