Incidentally my favorite bosses are ProtM from 4 (because you can break his stupid-ass ai) and MegaDS in 5's Postgame (it's so exhilarating and fast paced and fun as long as you didn't use the friggin' buster for the whole game).
I liked megamands in 5, his iteration in 4 was just stupid.
