EDIT: Got the story wrong, edited with right content...

Before there was Cutman Mike, there was only Cutman... cept he was missing his cutter And now that his cutter was stolen to summon the 8 evils, he must battle the Quaker and his evil 8 commercial masters. Welcome to Cutman's Bad Scissors Day!!! Filled with numerous random stuff that it'll leave you with saying... "The hell did they do to Mega Man 2?!"

Discuss or what not on this monstrosity that may leave you or Mike scared for life (or not):p

NOTE: This was basically a rom hack made by Godman. About a good portion of the stages (some) have been edited for difficulty, randomness and whatever else he wanted to add in there. Bosses appear to have the same difficulty but IDK. Look forward to the Quaker castle along the way :)

That's because the Quaker oats guy stole his cutter too. Sorry I forgot to mention that part, but if you can actually attempt to read the intro despite how dumb it's written, it tells you everything.

And I have no Idea as to why Godman chose that type of design for Cutman but considering how messed up this rom hack is, might as well be consistent right?
