Open the wad in SlumpED, look for a lump named "MUSICS", extract that lump, then open up the MUSICS wad. Then from there you can manually extract each lump as an mp3.

^ Actually, they're .ogg files, but still just use a converter to make them mp3.

Or you could just look up the soundtrack to each Mega Man game.

You could also get Foobar2000 with the game emu player plugin. That's what I use. Nothing beats an NSF file.

Big plus to using NSF's is the small file size. MP3's are unnecessarily big when they don't even need to be. I only recommend converting to MP3 if you're wanting to burn them onto CD's, put on your MP3 player, use in media. If it's just for listening to, go with NSF. :)

I would really like the "VICTORY" theme from Deathmatch as an MP3 or OGG file. Unlike the other musical choices, the Victory theme is one of the only original themes (the CTF themes being the others I remember).
