So, can I ask why weapon drops are disabled with Rockman (presumably) being legal?

Weapon drops are off as Rockman already receives a plentiful selection of weapons at the start of a round. Look at how much attention he's been receiving compared to other classes- he's intended to be at a level of viability equal to any other class, so giving him even more options is undesirable. Additionally, teammates could select classes such as heat or ballade to give allied rockmen very powerful weapons.

In other news, there are currently 6 votes in favor of V8B, 3 votes in favor of the banning of each class and 3 abstains for each class. There's also one team pushing for the ban of rockman- considering his new addition and changes, he will require 9 votes in favor of banning (not a simple majority of voting, non-abstaining teams).

Reminding everyone to specify if you want any of MWS, Pirate, Magic, Toad, and Crystal banned if v8b is used, since some people (Watzup, Stonefunk) haven't specified. Also specify if you want Rockman banned or not.

I'd also like to question why Rockman has a more stringent requirement than those other 5 classes. All of which were changed for v8b significantly, Rockman's exclusion from the original v8b-poll post seems to me to be only an oversight, especially considering that unlike those other 5 (or maybe 4 of them), his suspect traits were not directly nerfed in v8b. And his tendency toward Allowed in the previous poll is also no reason for exclusion, because Pirate Man was tied in that poll.

Rockman has no tendency towards allowed. Were I to not include your suggestion in my post at all, he would have had the same chance. I'm simply not allowing him to win by abstain due to the fact that he is not being officially voted on, but instead I posted about him letting people know there is a petition to have him banned by a team. Were teams not allowed to abstain, he'd have the same requirements to pass as any other class, but I'm not banning him unless I get actual support. The most I'd be willing to give him in light of his recent buffs would be a 75% or higher vote in favor of banning including abstains (though I'm voting in favor of his inclusion if my boss Muz will let me)
