Got a favorite Megaman weapon set?
Feeling down from not getting to use those weapons more often?
Well, this is mod for you!
Choose the Megaman1,Megaman2,Megaman3... classes to use your favorite game's weapon set.
We'll try to match the weapons you pick up to your game's kit as well as possible.
Pick up Fire Storm as Megaman6? You get flame blast!
Pick up multiple fire weapons? No worries! You'll get a new weapon from your game each time!

Addendum:
ArchiveManCust now lets you select a game for each slot, or even nothing for a slot.
Server can set lo_sv_usecust 0 to disable this if this degree of freedom is undesired.

slightly more detailed explanation on weapon pick ups
(click to show/hide)Dropped weapons go away eventually.
A dropped weapon will always give full ammo.

How Megaman works
You pick up a weapon, you get that weapon and/or its ammo.
You cannot pick up a map weapon with sv_weaponstay if you ever picked up that weapon (map or no).

How Archiveman works
Each weapon falls within a category. There are 8 categories, corresponding to 8 robot masters per game. Like fire.
When you spawn, you are assigned a loadout consisting of a weapon for each category. A loadout category can also have nothing, these are skipped when getting weapons.
If you pick up a map weapon with sv_weaponstay, you will get a new weapon, starting with its category and fanning out. If you have all your weapons, you get nothing. You can only pick up a map weapon once.
If you pick up a dropped weapon, you will get the weapon of that category, unless you have it at full ammo. In which case, fan out. If you have all your weapons at full ammo, you get nothing.
old conversion reference, not so useful since you can find this info through the in-game menu.
(click to show/hide)Do note some of these conversions are not going to make the most sense, but just bear with us.
