Favorite Tips for megaman games

Use this thread to share your favorite tips from Megaman. Unconventional weapon usage, etc.

I always liked how in Magma mans stage you could freeze the lava with concrete, then destroy it with Splash Womans Trident.

Or how Nitroman can be stunlocked with the chill spike.

How can you not know it?! If you use a projectile that goes through enemies such as the Elec man's weapon. Then you mash the select button to get multiple hits on the same enemy.

Most infamously used for destroying the Yellow Devil quickly.

megaman 2, crashmans stage
when you have to jump on the railed platform activate the wood sheild and stand still. all incoming drones will die and you wont get knocked off.
airman stage, when jumping from giant head to head take damage and use the few seconds of invulnerability to avoid falling to your death.
heatman, when you get to the point where your expected to be Asian and use superior math and timing to jump vanishing block to vanishing block, use item 2 to surf over the lava.
megaman 8-bit deathmatch, when you see a guy named Quickman stand perfectly still and let him kill you.

Ice man is easy, although I know a lot of people have trouble with his pattern. I just think jeez, have you even fought Fire man?

In MegaMan 1, when you're fighting the bubble/machine boss, use the rocks on the last few forms instead of at the beginning when he's all slow.

In MegaMan 2, I keep forgetting AirMan's weapons kills those mech guys fast...that's a good one I NEED to remember.

MegaMan 3, on the NES one anyways, you can get Rush Jet early by beating ShadowMan and just pressing right from his weapon. I thought this was the coolest when I read it cuz I like trying to beat ShadowMan first anyways, and so you get TRIPLE PRIZES (shadow blade, rush marine, rush jet)!!

Pharoah Shot Clears out enemies easily in MM4 (At least that was a tip i heard)

megaman 2 infinite lives
in metal mans stage you can keep killing the drill thing's and they all have a low chance to spawn extra lives.
my stage: use flash mans time flash to stop the lazers, unless your really skilled you'll need it.

Fire Man is by far the hardest robot master in MM1.
I'm just saying that destroying me isn't all the select glitch is useful for  :?
