The simplest way is to make a weapon that fires a projectile that has a limited life.

If you enter Offline Skirmish or launch the game in offline mode, does it still not allow you to look vertically?

Those "" are likely the Message of the Day for the server, you can ignore them. It normally has a message in it, but it looks like there isn't anything there.

Are you playing on a server hosted on Doomseeker, or are you hosting the server?

Try going into Options > Mouse Options and seeing if Always Mouselook is set to "ON"

You've got it right on the money. Super Adaptor's verticality on its boost and the homing shot make it roughly even with Treble Boost.

Unfortunately, you can only reasonably play CTF with other players. Bots aren't really capable of playing CTF, and we can't really do a lot to fix that because it's a longstanding engine-side issue.

If, for some reason you have unbound those buttons, you can type "sizedown" or "sizeup" in the console.
