Make sure that you spelled the filenames correctly in the skininfo and that none of the filenames are longer than 8 characters long.

Although I'm interested in what your concerns are, I can confirm that we are looking into other, additional changes to help tackle core's pacing issues. The damage number change was listed early on because it's such a major change to almost all weapons in the game, and has much wider reach than other potential changes.

Normally, you should put screenshots of your skin so that people know what they're getting when they download it.
It's not amazing, but it's only a first skin, and a WIP at that. Try to make the legs more noticeably in motion for the walking frame, and make sure both of his arms do things for his diagonal walking animations.

I will say that you put a smile on my face with the front walking frames. Seeing them hustle like that was pretty funny.

This is the current latest version of classes.
Save it into wherever you keep your wads for the game, but don't put it in the skins folder.
Then, either set up your doomseeker to point to your wads folder [Learn how here: http://cutstuff.net/forum/index.php?topic=728.0 ] or add the file through the launcher's Add File button.
From there, join a server with it loaded or start the game through the launcher and you will be able to play with classes.

I apologize for the late response.
There are plenty of textures in the core game. When you load it as a resource in doom builder, you'll have access to them.
