That ip address isn't valid as it is your router's ip. You can get your external ip by using something like https://www.ipchicken.com/

I'm sorry, i dint know about that, but thanks for letting me know! (also im a big fan of you cutmanmike) [also the ip i got was 174.87.45.176]

Very hard to play this modded map without the requirements huh? I don't know why but I have to use internet explorer because my PC doesn't have Microsoft edge. :(
