As resident DOS game enthusiast, I must inquire about that peculiarly colored Wave Man sprite. Where'd you come up with those colors?

Yeah, that alternate Wave Man is based off of a thing
Y'see, those Mechanical Maniacs folks write their own epilogue stories about their adventures as the MM3 gang, and the PC3 guys happen a lot
And they have "transmetal armour" which basically lets them deviate from the original Robot Master designs so they can personalize their looks
Anyway, recently, the PC3 guys got their own set of redesigns, and Wave Man notibly got a completely different colour scheme

While I wasn't about to re-sprite all the transmetal designs (as this thing is supposed to be largely official material), I felt sorry for Wave and the fact that literally nothing about him, colours included, was unique, so I did a quick palette swap using the colours from the transmetal armour

It's the least I could do for the poor fellow

Have some odd-coloured Robot Master alts from Xover & the Game Gear game
Also Rockman Shadow. Don't worry, I didn't forget about RM&F2

EDIT2: Some of you may noticed almost all of the first post is gone
I've been having connection issues, and turns out the page didn't load fully when I added those last few things to it, so now it's stuck like that
Can staff members revert post edits to earlier edits? Or do I have to re make the whole first post all over again?

EDIT3: Bad news: Gotta re-make everything from scratch
Good news: I've just re-added all those old roll things, so you guys can take a trip down memory lane and remember the Big Roll Fad of 2013

But, even with her addition, the Cossack family was still not complete

So Nástenka, her bodyguard from Novas Adventuras de Mega Man is also here!
She looks kinda weird when placed with 9 year old Kalinka, haha

(Keeping Rockman Brazil as an unfinished graphic is a stylistic choice. I think his design works better if it's a crude drawing, haha

The ring on CompassMan's body is a little "warped".

But other than that it's great so far.

How do you exactly "make" these sprites? Stretching-reshading them?

Well, I make these CD images in several ways

The simplest ones are the recolours, for alternate palettes
Next method is a straight up edit of an original CD image. All those Rolls, for example, are edits of the MM8 Roll
Then, there's tracing an image. Ones like Kalinka, Gemini, and Rockman Brazil are traced from some of their official artwork
Some of them, I "frankenstein" together. If you look carefully, for example, Time Man there is actually made up of parts of Gemini Man, Pharaoh Man, and Quick Man. And Rockman Shadow mixes his mugshot from RM&F2 with one of Bubble Man's arms and Flash Man's legs

And then there's ones I completely made myself. The only one that currently falls into that category is Splash Woman

And a few of them are combinations of several methods. Bit Man, for example, has Wood Man's legs and Spark Man's arms, but I drew the body and head myself.

(Also, I know how wonky Compass's ring thing is. I'm finding it difficult to work with)

Since these twerps are for a school project, I kinda have a deadline on when to finish it
Not counting alts, I could finish them all in a bit over a week if I do 6 per-day
I'm just trying to get them done, then later I can touch them up
(Especially with Commando, I spent over an hour trying to get it to look good. Using the 8-bit sprite as a guide was not really that good, even if I wanted to do that pose...)
