Here's the five ones I did today!
This time, there's two MM9 ones, another MM10 one, one of the Battle & Chase characters, and another one of those Sonic ones

Tornado and Jewel have a bit of the "pink background" left over.

The Nitro and Chest looks great!

I'm not even going to comment on the Rouge Woman one because I hate Archie Comics so much for doing that.

Today, I did mostly MM9 and MM10 characters

Princess ended up showing up too

(and yeah, Concrete is just edited from his MM9 ending image)
(after making his skin for 8bdm, i was kinda tired of making sprites of him)

All of them are pretty good sprites, Geno. They're quite visually pleasing to look at, and I wish I was half as good.

Oh my god PlugMan's face.

Are you making these based off of other people's pictures or are you doing these 100% from scratch?

I wish I could work for the core game ;'(

They're a mix, really
For example, Concrete's based on a MM9 ending image, Plug's based off of an image from the Mega Man comic, Solar's based off of a panel from a manga, Princess is based off of one of the only pictures of her from the comic that exist online, while Sheep and Strike there are 100% original poses I did

Two things I try not to do, though, is edit the super common main official art of them (like, the art from the main games, and Complete Works), and edit from other people's fanart

Today, I spent too much time re-reading the Mega Man comic, and I only finished 4 of these CD images

Here's a fake police officer, a fan-favourite female, and... a pair of Dr. Auto Numbers??!?

Submarine Man there is small and odd looking, because the only reference image I had for him was

While Gauntlet's other MM Soccer styled sprites of the Auto Numbers are relatively easy for me to decipher, Submarine is confusing
From what I gather, he's supposed to be small, and kinda frog-like?????

I made CRORQ and Sonic Man! Which means I've finished all the DOS characters! Wowee!!
Also, Barrage Man from the Dreamwave comic is there too

I was intending on making Pump Man today as well, to finish MM10, but it's a little late for that now, haha

Eh, been a while since I posted an update
Found out a way to make all these CD Images more efficiently
I do all the lineart at once, then the shading later

So, in addition to these new ones, I have 5 unfinished ones that are just lineart

Actually getting pretty close to finishing!

I also have a frick ton of "WIP" ones, also done in the last 10 days
I figured I gotta get at least the basic lineart done before the deadline
Incomplete graphics are better than no graphics!
