NES Godzilla Creepypasta, featuring superb spritework, atmospheric levels, and a demonic red tiki spider that wants to eat your soul. Made by someone on another forum I frequent! Though most video game creepypastas are sort of shit, this one takes a more subtle and interesting approach, especially with the "screencaps".

Back in my day the only pokemon creepypasta was half baked stories of a glitch pokemon that could take over your hall of fame and other horrible glitch effects.

... the best part is that it was true.

Of course, Shade. That's why I skip the dramatic blog-esque posts or whatever and go straight for the videos I can find. Reading about something like that might be a tad interesting, but it's not really disturbing without distorted sound and graphics into the mix. Like so:

I read all of it last night.  I get scared easily (Hell, I can't even play Minecraft on anything without peaceful because I'm too scared) and I found that Godzilla one pretty dang weak.  Only that thing (which I won't really spoil) near the end of chapter 5 had any real effect on me...until I realized it kind of looked like the pumpkin face I used from the Painterly Pack in Minecraft.  If they had focused on making it look more 8-bit and thus believable, it would have been scarier.

This, and it became incredibly cheesy toward the end, which kinda ruined it.

The only things that got to me were the disturbing gif in what I believe is chapter 5, and the messages that Red gives you in the beginning.
