is it like playing old school doom only with Megaman Characters?

Sort of, but not quite.  It's more like playing Quake II (since you can jump and there's a few over/under platforms and such) with Mega Man characters, weapons, levels, and so-forth.  There's six chapters in total and a boss battle at the end of each chapter.  And when I say "boss battle", I don't mean like the "boss battles" in Doom. It varies, but the ones I've played are all essentially 3D versions of classic Mega Man boss battles.  How awesome and nostalgic is that?

It looks pretty good!  But it looks awfully familiar to me...  Now, where have I seen that portrait before...?  Hm...  Wait.  Wait, it's coming to me.  Oh, yeah, now I remember!  Right here!  :B

Turn chasecam on before you use it and it won't spin the camera saving you confusion.

Two things...
1. Chasecam/third person view only works on servers that have SV_Cheats set to 1 (such as the story mode) and while spectating in Co-Op Spy mode in any given server.
2. You/the camera still spins.  ;P  This is hardcoded in to the game and the only way to prevent that is by turning in the opposite direction.  Which is easy enough to do provided you're any good with a mouse. ("Turn Left" gets disabled when using Top Spin, for obvious reasons.)

Ew.  Wikia.  Come November (I think it was?), that place is totally going downhill.

From the looks of it, GoldGameMaster made the wiki?  Wikis at Wikia have to be user (or bot) generated, so someone made it.  XD  Interesting, to say the least, even if it only has two pages so far.  :B

Edit: You know, if I really wanted to...I could do something nice for that Wiki and generate "weapon/item icon templates" for use with a "weapons/item in stage" section of the infobox.  I'm just not that determined, though.  XD Edit 2: Actually, yes I am.

We need a european server.
I get a ping above 150 ...which really makes playing hard.

...if it wasn't for the fact Skulltag seems to have the best damn netcode ever, I'd have to slap you silly.  Back when I played online first-person shooters on cable, I was lucky to get a minimum ping of 200 or so!  I tell ya...you kids today and your fancy-schmancy "optimized netcode"...and your "peer-to-peer technologies"...  *sadly shakes head*  XP

Um...  There's Quick Boomerangs in Flashman's stage.  o_o  Those things completely rip the bots to shreds.  Both times I succeeded, I was at least +7 frags ahead.

I was just curious here...  Do the mid-boss fights from Chapter 2 onward count toward anything?  I lost the one in Chapter 2 the first time I did it, but I won the second time I did it and there was no sign whatsoever I'd gained anything at all. (It's entirely possible I gained a new weapon from the fight and died before I thought to use it, but Eddie can give you those weapons, too.)

Doc Robot K-176, over here.  Three guesses as to what avatar I use.  X3  That's providing I'm somewhere where my connection is good enough to actually play, of course.  Most of the time, I just watch.  Like the creepy bald robot I am.  :D
