I am making core edits to make this process simpler/easier

3. wire transfer translation
the team color projectile file to add after that file

edit bugix:
-black hole bomb pickup invisible
bugix:
-item3 proper color in dm
-rebound striker could bounce and be uncolored
-wild coil could bounce from ceiling and be uncolored
other:
-projtra1 acs refined, split into #include's. end result still the same.
-"megalaser" is invis, does not need projtrans.
