I tried a few different color combinations, but in the end I thought that dark hat/shoes, light shirt looked best.

Because, as I've said almost a half-dozen times in various other threads, the only parts of files in the "skins" directory that will automatically load into the game are "SKININFO" lumps.  Bots, levels, music, etc. don't automatically load from that directory.

However, your bot works perfectly fine.  He chats, he sings, he laughs, he cries, he dances, he kicks ass.  And he has a funny, fitting Roll comment, too!  Too bad there's no way to see it in the changing room.  Unless you're really clever, like me.

The skin itself looks pretty darn good, too.  All the frames are well-drawn and nothing looks out-of-place, despite the fact...well...he's Mario.  In a Mega Man game.  XD
