Your Favorite Fan Art!

I searched around Anything Goes, and I do not see any topics that resemble this.

Basically, post your favorite fan art of anything from a movie, fictional story, book, game, etc.

There are rules though:

-It can not be fan art of a real person, place, or thing.

-No NSFW crap. That stays out of the community in general.

-It can NOT be a recolor. Basically, no taking Shadow fanart and making it look like Mephiles then say it is Mephiles.

-No bashing people for what they like. While you can comment on the fanart, please don't go "Oh, you like THAT character? Screw you." Everyone has their own likes and dislikes.

-If you want to, you can say why you like the fanart you post, but that's merely optional.

-Spoiler your images, especially of they break the layout.

-Extension to Rule 1, you can have a real person/thing in the fanart, but if he/she/it is the main focus, then no. Like, if there was a picture of Magikarp splashing the world, that would be okay.

Overall, have fun, but don't post porn or guro. Well, mild gore is fine (Like, if there's a drop of blood here and there) but don't post pictures that show organs in detail. That's just...Wrong.

You can have various images per post, but I'll leave these for now, to set examples for the categories. They're also some of my favs.

CHIBI - This goes for images where the character is much cuter than the official artwork. Generally downright adorable.

EPICS AND REALISTICS - These are images where characters are given more changes to look more realistic and badass. Generally involves battling. Usually the hero is against the entire villain's forces and is about to beat the shit out of everything.

BATTLES - Different from Epics and Realistics, these are even or almost even odds, and the characters go through no changes in design at all.

TRANSFORMATION/HUMINAZATION - This is when a human character becomes an animal, vice versa, or animal becomes another species. NOT FURRY. They become completely animal. These can be natural transformations that the character has, or a fanon transformation. The transformation has to resemble the human counterpart in some way, even if it's just the context it's in.

PARADOX - This is when there are two of the exact same character in an image, or an impossible pairing, like Richter Belmont meeting Trevor Belmont. This does not mean twins. May be combined with transformation in some cases. If the older character is canonically immortal, then it does not go here, in the case of two different people.

EXPRESSION CHARTS - Basically charts that show what a character looks like in their moods. Sometimes combined with transformation, do not confuse with paradox or transformation.

WHAT - These are images that defy logic completely. Genderswap doesn't go here.

GENDERSWAP - No image needed. Basically, a male character becoming a girl or vice versa. Not allowed if canon. (Like the Vocaloids)

CROSSOVERS - This is basically two or more series in a blender. Can be a character cosplaying as another series' character, mimicking the scene of another series, meeting another series, competing against a character from another series, paired with another series, etc. Lots of Touhou fanart can fall under this category.

CLUSTERFUCK - Basically, a huge bunch of characters in the same image, usually to the point where you can't tell who is who. There are some exceptions, but that's a generalization. Sometimes has every character at the time of writing. Must have 15+ characters.

MISCELLANEOUS - Anything that doesn't fit into the other categories goes here. Generally, but not always, contains 1-5 characters doing something casual. Like a walk or something.

Main reason I like this one is because it's Shinki.

What do you mean I'm a Shinki fanboy? I'm not a fan of Shinki at all. Nope. That TOTALLY isn't what these images say.

I'll get around to more fanart soon, but I honestly love Shinki.
