See, that's another thing I don't like. Why should the Gym Leaders have to surrender their entire team loadout? I mean sure, if you wanted to know then that's fine, but everyone else shouldn't be able to have that advantage. I mean, at least give Leaders an option to "hide" two or three Pokemon if they want.

Also, I'm probably going to sign up, so I'm asking if your "themes" for Leaders are restricted to Type only, or if they could be gimmicks like "only Pokemon with Metronome" or "all turtle Pokemon".

That's why I think challengers should have to stick to one certain team when they're challenging, so seeing Hilman using Physic types won't cause the challenger to just make a team of nothing but dark types.

Themes can be whatever your own personal preference is. For example, if I wanted, I could have a team of pokemon that use 'Sound' Moves (I.e. Round). If it is requested, I will have it so you can only see the Gym Leader's type and not their actual team.

Also, yes, Gym Leaders may not use even low-tier legendaries, these can be used by Elite Four and the Champion (along with any other pokemon they want). Challengers may also use any pokemon they like when challenging the Elite Four. although things like Dragonite would be fine. I'm attempting to make this rather game-accurate. Challengers only have to stick to one party during the Elite Four battles. Also, Gyms may be challenged as many times as possible.

Well they're supposed to be challenging. The first four people to beat the gym leaders are assigned Elite Four, and the first person to beat everything is Champion. Keep in mind that challengers can make their party whatever they wish against the Elite Four and Champion.

What level do the Gym Leaders' Pokemon have to be? Assuming they applied that is.

To make things simple, I'm just setting it to default 100. This doesn't mean you need fully evolved Pokemon though.

Why pick on specifically JUST Salamence? I fail to understand a good reason for doing so.
