That's what I thought! I'll buy it tomorrow, most likely. It'll be fuuuuun. Then I can add you and Yellow Devil, some of my other internet buds, and some of my real-life pals, and I can have fun blowing people up!

By the way, I read one of the reviews. Apparently, it is steam bundled.

Also, does this game have any bad language at all? I want to know if I should stick with headphones or just have my speakers so my whole family can hear what I'm doing.

No real swears, some rude words and insults mainly from the scout n spy.

Yeah. Steam's free, allows you to surf the web and send messages whilst playing. No real downside, cross-game chat also supported!

I'm going to bug you all again.
Could someone use GCFScape to take the entire sound folder, change it to a .zip, and upload it? It would be highly convenient if ya could.

I have no idea.
Also, it depends on what you define as a swear.
Going through the (Class name) Responses will tell you pretty much everything they say. If there is anything you define as a swear in there, then...yeah.
Oh, and I think the Spy swears in French at least once.

You... you gotta be kidding me. Come on! Seriously, my family just so happens to be of French heritage, and my father has picked up on quite a few words that my grandparents used in arguments (as in, not-so-good words). Well, that's really annoying.

But anywho, I must ask, if I use a skin, sound, or that violence mod, will it change it on ALL servers, or just one's I make?

Logically, modding the game's files would affect what you see and hear from the game. For example, if person A changes a soundeffect, and person B hasn't. Then person A should here his custom soundeffect, and person B should hear the unmodded soundeffect. Granted I don't have TF2, but I'm pretty sure I'm correct.

I knew that, I just want to make sure it works on all servers. My friend told me it would work on all non-pure servers (or something like that), but I don't exactly know what that means...

getting/making mods is kinda pointless if you're going to play on public servers since 99% of them have sv_pure set to 1 or 2

D: That was my fear. How many servers per day, would you estimate, have it set to 0?

Not many that I know of (because i mostly play on a private server with a friend and the tfbots), but if I recall, there's a tag for servers that use sv_pure.

The difference between sv_pure 1 and 2 is that 1 can have a whitelist which allows certain things to be changed, while the rest is being forced to match the servers, 2 just forces everything to be the server's stuff.

You can also play by yourself with Valve's probably won't be completed very soon bots that can play on King of the Kill, Payload, and Attack/Defend Capture Point maps.
