Help with Frag Messages

BluesManZX:
when I frag someone two messages appear.
YOU FRAGGED MEGAMAN (just an example)
and the other MEGAMAN WAS BOMBED BY MAESTRO'S MEGA BUSTER
I want to know how to disable the first message

In the Esc Menu, Options -> Advanced Options -> HUD Options -> Large frag messages to OFF
