The first time I tried this I had a ton of ties and 7 MM5 masters in the top 10.

Then I did it with no ties. Here's my top 25.

If there's any problem with this, it seems to clump the masters by game together pretty often. Otherwise, though, it's pretty fun, and also pretty close to my Robot Master preferences; I've always enjoyed the designs of Robot Masters from the later games (5 onward). I have no idea how Spring cracked the top 20, though.
