HELP! Mouse trouble! I can't look up or down!

I had to reset the options to default, but when I did that, I became unable to look up or down with the mouse, and I FORGOT HOW TO RE-ENABLE THAT FEATURE!

PLEASE HELP!

Options > Mouse Options > Always Mouselook on.
