Favorites

MM1 - Time Slow Thunder Beam (Kills almost everything, efficient against airborne targets, ammo efficient. What's not to love? Honorable mentions to Fire Storm.)
MM2 - Metal Blade (Omni-directional, rapid fire and ammo efficiency. There's a reason this thing is overpowered.)
MM3 - Top Spin (It's not useless, damn it!)
MM4 - Drill Bomb (Can one-shot a good deal of enemies)
MM5 - Gravity Hold (With honorable mentions to Gyro Attack. The other weapons in this game are not very useful.)
MM6 - Silver Tomahawk (The projectile trajectory makes this useful against things both below and above you. More so below you, though.)
MM7 - Thunder Bolt (Reverse thunder beam! As powerful as a charge shot without the windup time. Honorable mentions to Junk Shield.)
MM8 - Ice Wave (Although do I really have to pick a favorite? Most of the weapons in this game are equally good. With exceptions of course.)
MM9 - Laser Trident (Ammo efficient, pierces shields, and deals damage. Honorable mentions to Black Hole Bomb.)
MM10 - Triple Blade (Again, I haven't played this, but this thing seems to be the most effective.)
MMV - Grab Buster (Health leeching? Hell yes. Honorable mentions to Bubble Bomb, of all things.)
MM&B - Remote Mine (Weapons are kind of mediocre in this game, though.)

Least Favorites

MM1 - Hyper Bomb (Has anyone EVER been able to use this thing against anything that isn't Guts Man?)
MM2 - Atomic Fire (Dishonorable mentions to Bubble Lead too.)
MM3 - Spark Shock (Only thing this weapon is good for is stunning those jumpy things so you can go past them. Which is, what, twice in the game?)
MM4 - Dust Crusher (Although this is really more of a case of "Least awesome".)
MM5 - Water Wave (USELESS)
MM6 - Plant Barrier (Worst shield weapon to date.)
MM7 - Danger Wrap (Although still a good thing to have against those annoying spines.)
MM8 - Water Baloon (Only good against Sword Man.)
MM9 - Plug Ball (Sure, it may be as powerful as Laser Trident, although if that's the case, I'd rather use, you know, Laser Trident. : |)
MM10 - Thunder Wool (Pump Man and Sniper Joes. That's the only thing this weapon works against. And sometimes not even the latter due to their ability to jump backwards.)
MMV - Deep Digger (Not a bad weapon, but it's severely limited in ammo the same way Super Arm was in MM1.)
MM&B - Copy Vision (Okay, the MM&B weapons may be mediocre, but they aren't especially bad. Except for this thing. The only thing this is good for is Dynamo Man and the King Tank.)

MM6: This had goos weapons. Does the lack of M-tanks count?

MM10: Rebound striker. I just don't know when to use it

And no people, thunder wool IS a good weapon. It's only real issue is the lack of ammo. When you know when to use this, you will really enjoy seeing enemies being helplessly killed by that cloud, really.
