23 votes! This update took a little longer due to some weirdness with both existing and potential ties, but I ultimately found a solution.

In the upper pool...

Raging tempests Air Man and Tundra Man collided. Ultimately, Tundra Man couldn't weather the storm (Air Man 13-10).
In a maze-navigating competition, Pharaoh Man's methods were outmatched when Punk simply smashed right through the walls (Punk 13-10).
Snubbing Flame Man's crude, inefficient use of oil, Elec Man showed no hesitation and struck him down (Elec Man 14-9).
Shadow Man was quickly outmatched by his opponents' brute strength, and Knight Man fell to Nitro Man not long after (Nitro Man* 12, Knight Man 12, Shadow Man 10.5).

* Though Nitro Man and Knight Man tied in number of votes, Nitro Man outranked Knight Man 12 times out of 23, giving him the win by a hair's width.

In the lower pool...

Splash Woman and Turbo Man competed in a triathlon, which Splash Woman was forced to forfeit due to her inability to ride a bicycle (Turbo Man 14-9).
Frost Man send a large iceberg Dive Man's way, but it was picked up by his sonar and shattered by an array of Dive Missiles (Dive Man 12-11).
Ballade was too quick for Saturn to defend himself against, and found himself at the mercy of a Ballade Cracker barrage (Ballade 18-5).
Sword Man's blade and Buster Rod G's staff were both outmatched by Blizzard Man's humble... ski poles? (Blizzard Man 13.5, Sword Man 11, Buster Rod G 10).

Splash Woman, Frost Man, Saturn, Sword Man, and Buster Rod G have been eliminated!

That weirdness definitely isn't how I wanted to handle it, but I'm glad a solution presented itself anyway. Moving on...
