This one is easy! It's Okami for me as it's my favorite game of all time therefore its my favorite Capcom game (duh!)

This thread isn't THAT old.

Mega Man 5 is my favorite, closely followed by III. I would like to check out Bionic Commando though, that looks fun.

For me, my favorite Capcom games outside of Mega Man would have to be...
Vampire Savior (Darkstalkers 3),
Marvel Vs Capcom,
Power Stone 2,
Street Fighter Alpha 2,
Spawn: In the Demon's Hand,
as well as Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.

Megaman:
MM1, MM3, MM7, MM8, MM9, MM10

Non-Megaman:
Dino Crisis 2, MvC1 and 2, SFA2, SFII, RE1-4 (5 and 6 are fine honestly), Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, Bionic Commando (the original and Rearmed), and a few that escape my mind at the moment.

Mega Man Zero 3 followed by Mega Man 9.  Really, MM is their only series I care about.

Oh man, I forgot all about their Zelda outings.  The Minish Cap is probably in my top 3 Capcom favorites too then.  Too bad it's so dang easy and short.
