Yea Amazon's super good with delivery. I hear some people got their 3D Classics code from Amazon already, too!  :cry:

I called up Best Buy and they price-matched to the $30 price, thankfully. Still don't know about the in-store pick-up thing...at this point I would probably have to cancel or mess with the order, which might screw up getting the 3D Classics code...

edit: In this topic, Press Start cries about his bad ordering decisions while everyone else plays Kid Icarus!

Yeah I shoulda said that... I got the 3D Classics code this morning actually and was messing around with it some, its fun but its harder than I remember. I guess I've just gotten rusty over the years but I do remember having a really hard time with it when I first got it in 86.

EDIT: I thought of something, why don't you go to that Best Buy thats selling it for 30 bucks and buy it, then when you get yers in the mail... don't open it and take it back to Best Buy and get yer money back. Then you'll eventually get yer 3D Classics code and get the game sooner than having to wait almost a week for it.

It has a weird challenge curve. The beginning is brutally difficult, but if you power up, you're a king by the end!

Shooting, moving upward, and hearing the music makes it a classic to me.

Yes, I'm loving the 3DS classic.  Not sure how much they changed from the original, but it's definitely my favorite NES title so far.

This game looks very promising. I'll probably be picking it up this weekend. That is really bad news for my homework..

And the only enemy I have ever associated with Kid Icarus is the Egg Plant Wizard. I'm glad he's making his big comeback as the major antagonist. He is possible the most compelling enemy I've ever faced. *Joking*.

Kid Icarus has always been one of my favourite games on the NES since I was young!  :ugeek:

Changes I noticed: Custom control type is much more responsive than the original and you can also continously fire arrows by holding down the button!

2-1 I believe it was? has a very nice background!

Why did this game have to be racist to left-handed people ;-;
I don't have the money for the attachment for the second circle pad ;-;
They don't have any in stock either ;-;
But the game is still freaking awesome

Man, I love the game I just suck really bad at it. I tried to play a vs match with people and I just died over and over again really fast... I have a really hard time with the solo player too, I lower the difficulty and its still hard. Like the last 2 boss fights I've won I had like 2 hits left worth of health, if that even. I love that its so awesome but I hate how I just completely suck at it, I find my brains getting confused trying to rotate the screen with the C-pad or trying to move with the stylus. I dunno why its so hard for me but those two things get mixed up in my head alot, especially when flying. Does anyone else have a hard time with the controls? Or am I just so oldschool that I can't adapt to the new style controls?

-6307 hearts
-weapon i'm going with right now is Darkness bow since I found the sucker in a chest I believe. I have yet to buy any weapons or fuse any.
-Cleared chapter 4 with a difficulty of 2.8 since the flying area killed me the first time on a higher difficulty. Suggestions on weapons and or powers is welcome and appreciated.

you can feel my lame aura of lameness just radiating out of my semi lame post...  :p

I also have Devil Survivor 2 which I have yet to open to play, can't promise that all of my 3ds spare time will go to dear ol Pit. Now I await the crowds to fire their weapons at me for my non more commitment to this awesome game and my lameness! ^_^
