the hardest parts are always the back frames... no idea why
it may be partly because i have no idea what his back should look like...
so, if it's all good, i'll go ahead and skin it

Storm Man was made to store electricity from thunderstorms(not a power plant) for energy.

Erm, dude? Fizzy Man actually belongs to...well, fizzyman. I made the sprite for him because his old one was just an edit of the Hot Head enemy from Mega Man 2.

Oh, and Storm Man looks pretty cool. The only thing he needs is something on his design that fits his name or description, like maybe some conductors on his body, for example.

...he looked more storm related when I drew him in real life.
And I already know fizzyman made Fizzy Man. The sprite did look like a pretty good edit, though, and  you're edit was pretty good as well.

Well, I've decided to give his sprite a new makeover!

Gonna try to get back into working on them. In the mean time:

But wait, DarkAura, why is there a freakishly re-colored Uranus behind him? Well then, I'll explain:

Varuna, like most other Hindu dieties, have a sort-of animal companion called a vahana, or mount. Varuna's mount is called a makara, a sea-creature type mount with the head of a crocodile, the body of a wolf, and the tail of a mermaid. The reason why I am using Uranus hehehe for Varuna's mount is because he is to be an earth-mover RM, since Sedna and Huya represent Neptune and Venus repectively. The only down-side to this change would be that Varuna's element would not exactly match it's diety forme's element of water or sky.
