i need help, i want to do a mappack but i dont know how to make slade3 working for making maps.

SLADE's mapping environment isn't exactly the best, I'd recommend looking into either Doom Builder 2 (http://www.doombuilder.com/files/builder2_setup_1553.exe) or GZDoom Builder (http://devbuilds.drdteam.org/doombuilder2-gzdb/GZDoom_Builder-r2673.7z) if you're attempting to map, especially for the first time.

Yeah, Slade3's mapping features are incredibly lackluster when compared to GZDoomBuilder. Slade3 is best used when you want to import custom music/sprites/DECORATE, which Doombuilder and GZDoombuilder can't do.
