Title: Is There, Or Will There Be, a Class Tutorial?

Class making has been something I've been reading on recently, but as of now there aren't any direct guides. And I can't make heads or tails of how things work together in pre-existing class mods. Does anyone know if there is one already posted or one being developed. Perhaps in the from of a reference template like CMM's Weapon Template? Thank you!

Related request: an updated weapon template / tutorial. Since it was mentioned, out of sheer curiosity I tried digging it up, only to realize it's nowhere in the Tutorial Collection and buried several pages underneath Help & Editing. It's also really really old. A new one brought up to v5 standards would be wonderful.

I still hang onto a rather bare template I'd updated and cleaned up since it was a sprawling tutorial file from V3. Admittedly posting this  for Smash and forgetting about the OP. I, uh, I couldn't make a tutorial, I'm not a good writer.
