Title: How do you find a list of active servers?

I want to play with other people online, but I can't easily find any servers (ip addresses) on my browser with active matches taking place. Could someone please show me where a server list is? Also, are there any applications for Windows that allow you to automatically join a server? I'd appreciate the help. Thanks!
