Just one question, what's the legopack-v2a, acsgamesv3.pk3, kndm-v1c, hallowenv4.pk3 and rozpackv4, I know they're "mods" but what they add?

Map pack, ?, map pack, mini expansion with maps and skins, map pack. In that order.

So in the end,
legopack-v2a = map pack
acsgamesv3.pk3 = you don't know
kndm-v1c = map pack
hallowenv4.pk3 = mini expansion with maps and skins
rozpackv4 = map pack

Yea, that sounds about right.
They will all be automatically downloaded when joining the server, so you shouldn't have to go hunting for any of them.

I know, i'm just afraid of something bad happens like a virus.

Doomseeker's Wadseeker function only downloads .wad and .pk3 files (only holds resources for Zandronum, nothing that could be considered Malware) and even then only from trusted sources.
