Title: [improved sprites] Fireman

Since CutmanMike pretty much said we can submit our improved old core skins here. So i can pretty much submit this!

So here's Fireman who pretty much needed a updated Walking to match with megaman's even it's a bit different though and other stuff.

Please tell me if this isnt good enough, i can still improve and fix it so it can be good enough!

Even if this is still in pending i have edited the Walking sprites a Little.

the right one is the new one.
