Title: Tornado Man getting super speed on MM9SPL and spawning in the floor on MM9PLU

The title makes this self-explanatory, but I was playing CBM TLMS on MM9SPL earlier today as Tornado Man, and when my hover ran out, I had super speed all of a sudden. I'm not entirely sure what made this happen, but I think it had something to do with the hover running out of fuel on the surface of the water?

Then the map changed to MM9PLU. I was checking Discord, and then the map started and- HOLY CRAP I'M IN THE FLOOR! My head was poking out of the floor for my teammates to gag at, and my feet were below for someone to shoot at. I don't know what the heck caused this. Maybe it was a sudden ping spike?
