Title: I Lost EVERYTHING

I was playing the game normally when the enemies sent me down the hole to the scrap boss, but when I beat the boss, it sent me back to the lab and I lost ALL my progress! Can someone PLEASE tell me how I can get my data back? Also, whenever i'm in the middle of a match, if I go and select Single Player, then easy or normal, I permanently lose health. Can you fix that?

One more thing. How do I start a net play sesion?

Ok I figured out how to get my data back, but I would not like to fight with halved HP.
