Title: Spawning with 0 health

So, whenever I start the game, online or not, I will go into the game and have 0 health. I have looked this up, and everywhere I go, it says something like, "go to player settings. there will be a handicap setting. set it to 0." but in the player settings, there IS NO HANDICAP! I have no idea how to fix this, and if anyone knows a solution, then please let me know.

Try opening up console (usually mapped to the ` AKA the tilde button) and typing in "handicap 0"
