Title: i can`t open the game , why?

 :cry: When I open the game, I get an error which says:

Zandronum has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Please tell us about this problem.
The information will NOT be sent to Microsoft.
An error report has been created that you can submit to help improve Zandronum. You can either save it to disk and make a report in the bugs forum at https://zandronum.com/forum/, or you can send it directly without letting other people know about it.

Any solution?

Are you loading anything with the game, or are you just trying to launch the game from the launcher?
