Title: Fullscreen mode keeps taking me in and out of game

nowadays whenever I startup the game in fullscreen mode, the game keeps and minimizing and maximizing itself. And it takes a good deal of effort to get into the video options screen to change it to windowed, when it only stays up for about 1 second at a time.

Alt + Enter... just like most other applications.
