such as someone making a really small character or really big O.o, or making them really skinny so they wont get shot?
What if someone made a skin the size of Godzilla? O-o

well the thing is people can only see the skins they have meaning if you make a dot skin for yourself other player who doesnt have your skin will see you as the base skin which is megaman also there are many ways to turn off custom skins

Yeah, I was just wondering, but what about the giant skin thing? if the head was too high above the hitbox, then does the attack go through?

Always aim like you were shooting at the Megaman Skin. can't go wrong.

Yes, it would.

And remember, the other person has to have the skin in their skins folder to actually see it. So making yourself invisible won't do you any good.
