I got the sheet from thespritersresource.com just added rotations but it still needs some rotations here are some pics

That's not Ness, it's Ninten, the hero of MOTHER, or Earthbound Zero.
He looks pretty much the exact same as Ness, with a few differences.

There is the choice of resizing though, plus I'm lazy so I ripped it from Here (http://www.spriters-resource.com/)

Don't jump the damned gun, don't jump the shark either. Learn to custom sprite. Remake the sprite, but in the format needed for 8bit. Be awesome. Try it out. Alright? Nobody wants to play as a simple rip that has little to no work done on it. Give it an effort, man! I know you can!
