well, ive used the add file thing, i pick the wad file, i click start but i did not see the stage i download (mr x sunset stage, blade man stage) and i tried it with the roboenza file and it didnt work.
what am i doing wrong? thx :D

did you load the wads of the stages you downloaded? if yes type in console " map (map name here)"

load the wads? im unsure what you mean by load, i extracted the file, and added the wad file..
EDIT: im also unsure how to save, i beat mega man 1 on the game it said it saved, i came back on and it didnt load, i went to restore, there were no files.. :s

If you used the "Add file" option on the bottom of the launcher, the maps should be included in the offline browser list after the official MM8BDM ones.
As for your other problem, you have to press strafe left or strafe right to select a new chapter.

i went through the entire stage list and didnt see it, same with roboenza, i used last man standing and it didnt work
i know, i scrolled, but chapter 2 wasnt open when i went back on
