Title: What's your favourite Capcom game?

Mine has to be either Resident Evil 2 or Resident Evil 3 on the Sony Playstation.

Both games defined my past. I loved the voices in video games. The way Resident Evil is (or was). I found it awesome. The satisfaction of finding new weapons, then finding upgrades for the weapons. *Gets shotgun, gets shotgun parts, Finds zombie... "BOOM"!!!!*
Resident Evil 3's non linear paths means I played the game again and again without getting bored.

The Phoenix Wright series is my favorite.

They make me think and look for things like a thousand times before making a decision.

I'd have to go ahead and say Mega Man World 2, a.k.a Mega Man II, for Gameboy. That game just brings back so many memories from my childhood. Bash it all you want, guys; I couldn't care less.

I'd say... Either Resident Evil 4 (on the Wii, I hate aiming with a stick) or Devil May Cry 3. I've played both a hell lot of times without getting bored, I wish I owned them once again. I'll just go with DMC, I really loved the gameplay and Vergil is just awesome in that game.

Apart from Mega Man, the game that I played a lot as a kid (and still own on the NES) is Bionic Commando. It took me a while to grasp the game, but I have heaps and I mean HEAPS of nostalgia with this game, so when they made BC:Re-armed it blew my mind, lol. Now they're making a sequel to that one, woot! Rad Spencer is back!  :cool:

Oh gee. Capcom are of my favorite video game developers. But I guess I will have to go with the one game I loved the most for the NES growing up, and still remains one of my favorite games of all time...

Mega Man 2. Pretty much any criticism I've heard about it is true, like bland stage design and whatnot, but I love it so much nonetheless. The difficulty is absolutely perfect. It's incredibly fun through and through. But I realize it's probably nostalgia playing a part here, but I couldn't care less. I love it and that's all that matters to me.

Yep.  They made Oracle of Seasons, Oracle of Ages and The Minish Cap.

I think I would have to pick one of their fighting games, but I can't figure out which one, yet.  I so rarely get to play them against other people.  It can be amazing to watch what skilled players can do with Capcom fighting games, though.  Be it in combo videos or what happens during tournament play.

Oh, I couldn't possibly list them all in one post.  But I will admit, even though Majestros's first combo video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGKxLze3J1Y) was probably the first one I ever downloaded, I had not seen that one before.  Beauti- oh, right, Capcom topic.  Viewtiful!

Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations.
The graphics were amazing.
The storyline was dark and draws you closer to your characters.
Godot's a badass.
The music was great.
Godot is a badass.
The voice actors were good.
And Godot's still a badass.

It's my favorite game overall, tying with M&L:PiT.

Mega Man 5 is my favorite, closely followed by III. I would like to check out Bionic Commando though, that looks fun.

Vampire Savior (Darkstalkers 3),
Marvel Vs Capcom,
Power Stone 2,
Street Fighter Alpha 2,
Spawn: In the Demon's Hand,
as well as Cadillacs and Dinosaurs.

Megaman:
MM1, MM3, MM7, MM8, MM9, MM10

Non-Megaman:
Dino Crisis 2, MvC1 and 2, SFA2, SFII, RE1-4 (5 and 6 are fine honestly), Jojo's Bizzare Adventure, Bionic Commando (the original and Rearmed), and a few that escape my mind at the moment.

Oh man, I forgot all about their Zelda outings.  The Minish Cap is probably in my top 3 Capcom favorites too then.  Too bad it's so dang easy and short.

A lot of Capcom games that I like have been mentioned: Mega man series, Power Stone series, Ducktales, etc.

That said, I have a series that I've particularly liked that hasn't gotten any love here at all: the Gargoyle's Quest series (Gargoyle's Quest, Gargoyle's Quest 2, Demon's Crest). They're all very good Capcom games that deserve merit here (and you should give them a try, too).

Favorite.  Singular.  Holy crap some of you guys suck at following directions...

Anyway, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo is still the most addictive game I've ever seen.  Why the fuck doesn't that have a sequel?  It even ended up being rehashed as a fighting mechanic in the ftp-mmo-rpg Puzzle Pirates, with your drop pattern determined by equipeed weapons and designed to allow strategic cooperative targeting in ship v ship group melees.
