Hey guys!

Here's my page of stuff.
Im mostly working on a map pack right now, but here's some stuff i made a while ago.

Once i finish 3 maps i will release the first version of the pack, its not really a pack yet when its 3, but i'd like to have my maps played again.

I made a Curlinger skin!

The map is far from done right now... Just thought i'd give you a preview of what will eventually become a (hopefully good) enjoyable map.

I wanted to ask someone how to add music to a stage and why does the movement in my map feel so different from other maps?

You need a MAPINFO lump to add music/set the air control level

And how does one make a proper MAPINFO lump with these settings?
Ive checked the forum and haven't found this info yet. (even in the tutorials)

That should work? Make sure the XX is the same one you used in Doom Builder

Everything i post may be put on the wiki. :D

Anyways... Im working on a new map that contains 6 rooms in total all connected through falling pit things (crystal man like) and teleporters.
The thing is, each of these 6 rooms has the theme of a robot master from the games 1 - 6 :D
So i picked Fireman for the mm1 room. Though i'd like to know what you would like to see in the other rooms.

Making 5 polls will take to long so just post and i will count. Just pick one boss per mm game from 2 to 6.

It seems Airman is in the lead for the mm2 room and Knightman/Flameman are tied for the mm6 room.
4 still has votes going all over the place :D

I hate to interrupt, but actually, I'd like to change my MM6 vote to Knight Man's stage, if that's ok.
The reason being that the stage already had a fire area, so I don't think it needs another.

Alrighty... Then i have Metal/Air/Quick tied for the mm2 room.
Toad still in the lead for the mm4 room.

If i dont get enough votes before saturday for the mm4 room Toadman will be picked.
And after saturday if the mm2 room votes are still tied. The first post after saturday decides what mm2 room will be made.

Eww, Spark Man stage reminds me of quick and metal stages......

And MM4 Room, Toad Man. In that Mode there is fire-air-elec-water-Plant-military and a Castle Room.

Thanks for voting everyone!

The last choices are made.
Airman and Toadman got the most votes.

Stay tuned for screenshots as soon as the map parts are done.
I will begin filling the map with things as soon as everything else is done.
As for the music... If anyone would like to make a medley/remix ish thing for my map featuring all the RM's it contains... Thanks.
If not i will scout around till i find something awesome.

EDIT: Quick message here. I updated my first map KillerChairFortress. The lightings werent 255 yet. And it didnt have enough spawning points. So thats fixed now.

Why not just string the 8-bit Themes together, end-by-end, yourself? It shouldnt be too hard.

On a better note... Im back mapping and playing online!
My bro finally stopped being a douche and helped me recover the files from my dead laptop!

I was wondering if someone could help me with a little problem.
I am trying to make water in my map and i pretty much copied the water script from the "how to do this" map.
Though i cant seem to make the water surface texture appear.

Surface Water stuff isn't in the script.
Look up "deep water in doom builder" on youtube, that should help a lot.

Also, look at maps like Ice Man who have sections like that.

EDIT: I changed my first map thanks to the expansion being released.
No fortress of mine is complete without MM7 Weapons in it!

Sorry about this. But if i want attention and noone else posts here, Ive just got to do it myself ;)

Anyways... I updated my old duel map (which i sent in to the old mapping competition) which basically sucked ass.
It now has a bit more walking space and a bit less health/ammo and the slash claw.
