It'd help if the people/person would at least host on a map that people actually have, I can't even find this "ICTF02v2.wad" or "ICTF03.wad"

It's Ivory hosting them, check his/her "Ebony Dungeon of Maps" for the maps.  The server was started initially for the sole purpose of using these maps.

Technically It's Youmu servers. But yes, I was running a small test on my newly updated maps. Sorry about that.

Any idea on why people couldn't connect despite having the maps?

I have no idea. It was most likely a server issue then a map issue. I even had that problem joining with my own maps. Heck, my host got that issue at first as well. Most certainly a server issue.

I already told you where to get them, go to Ivory's Ebony Dungeon in the editing section.
