DtD, simple map idea: Final Destination. No items, no spikes, death pit surrounding the arena, buster only!ok...I see where your going with this...but at the same time I don't... :?

serious response:I'd say the map is too dependant on corridors. Maybe if you make the main rooms closer together, that could perhaps improve the layout.

CTF usually should be symmetrical, with a few exceptions.CTF should only have 1 line of symmetry for it to be fair.
In the topic, you draw a layout, like this for example.

White = rooms.
Black = walls/unused space.
You can also describe what the theme could be, such features in the map and stuff.
I will rate it out of 10. If it reaches 10. I'll make a map from it (effort included).
