Title: 3 things i noticed while playing mm8bdm

1: theres no jumping sprites so we can jump without jumping ( XD )
2: changemus shamus turns on the shadowman stage theme and not shademan. but, changemus shdmus doesnt exist. ( once again )   3: theres no climing sprites so we can climb without actually climbinbg we r flying! who beilives the can flyyyyyyyyyy? ( lol )

Ummm...you've only just noticed? Anyway, 1 and 3 would just make this game's skin making really not flexible so it isn't worth it

Just to let you know, making jumping sprites work in Skulltag is possible, but first we'd need people to make them, and then you might not even see them all the time because Skulltag tends to not like extra frames. Same with climbing.

Climbing would just be weird seeing as you can climb a ladder with your back.

And the fact that people will probably complain about the jumping shooting frames also  :mrgreen:
If those wouldnt be made i guess you would not even see the jumping frames because of the prioritizing shooting frames.
So lets just not  :geek:

We also need strafing sprites, cooking over a fire sprites, petting your dog sprites and sprites of all the robot masters doing the macarena!

To be fair, a lot of Robot Masters jump already, so adding jumping sprites wouldn't be so hard!
Climbing seems like more trouble than it's worth, though.
/me imagines sprites of Hard-Man climbing a ladder...and shudders *

Skulltag has problems with jumping sprites, if I recall.

for my original stage mode, I tried to make the megaman class with jumping sprites, they worked somewhat, but he stays in jumping pose if you go up ladders which just look weird

you do know that the name jumpman has already been taken a few years back when mario used to be called jumpman in donkey kong due to jumping all over those barrels that dk would just hurl at him
