I can't make my avatar a .png.

When I attempt to, it says: EXPECTED FILE EXTENSION .JPG, RECIEVED .PNG

And then nothing happens. Does this happen to anyone else, and how can I fix this?

This happened to me. The only thing I can suggest is to try to send it again. That worked for me, but I can't be positive it'll work for you.
